About this tool
The Forex Profit & Loss Calculator helps traders see the real dollar value of a position before it's even opened. After you've done your analysis and picked your entry, stop-loss and take-profit levels, this tool tells you exactly how much you stand to lose or gain — in your account currency.
How it works
- Choose your trade direction (Buy/Long or Sell/Short).
- Select your currency pair and lot size (Standard, Mini, Micro or a custom unit amount).
- Enter your Entry Price, Stop Loss and Take Profit levels.
- Pick your account currency — if it's different from the pair's quote currency, enter the current conversion rate for an accurate figure.
- Optionally add spread, commission and leverage under Advanced Options for a more realistic net result.
